Created by Shandelynn, The Invitation Journal: A 90-Day Journey of Personal Discovery has become one of our most impactful tools. It’s been featured at mental health fairs, used in workshops, and shared nationwide to help individuals develop self-awareness, reflection, and gratitude practices.

Shandelynn continues her commitment to professional growth through trauma certification training, ensuring that all services offered through SHW are rooted in compassionate, evidence-based care.
